Cllr Paul Hogan

I grew up in Skelmersdale where I still live and work. Through my work in adult education I know how important it is that individuals, families and communities receive the right support to help them achieve positive futures.

I’m a trade union representative and am committed to fighting inequality, particularly child poverty.

I am very active in the community and am involved with the Right to Food Campaign and Football Fans Supporting Foodbanks locally.

As a firm supporter of the arts, I’m also passionate about the environment and am a member of Skelmersdaleā€™s Ramblers group.
