Terence Devine is a community campaigner and Military veterans’ advocate based in Skelmersdale, with a strong track record of working to support local people and strengthen community life.
Through his work with veterans and community initiatives, Terence has focused on building practical support networks, promoting remembrance, and bringing people together to improve the area. He understands the importance of visible, active representation and believes elected representatives must be present, accountable and rooted in their communities.
Terence is standing because he believes Labour must be a strong voice for working people, protect and rebuild public services, and restore trust in local democracy. He is committed to ensuring that communities in Skelmersdale are not overlooked and that local people have a real say in the decisions that affect their lives.
